Britney Spears - (Hit me baby one more time) , re-creation task

Our assignment is to re-create Britney Spears's famous hit me baby one more time video. My first impressions of this task was 'really' of all videos but I was ready to take on the challenge as it such a well renowned video. My group and I decided that we would keep the main elements of the video the same such as the school setting, the school girl costumes, some of the characters e.g teacher and some of the choreography routine. We did this so that i wouldn't take away from the essence of the original video.

However we thought to make the video more current and appealing for audiences in 2014 we would add our own choreography and more props.

Great Music Video

 The music video I chose as great and influential is Coldplay - Strawberry Swings. I personally didn't know about the video but got told about it. When I watched I immediately was drawn to it. They used stop motion for the video so everything came to life even though it was all drawn with chalk. I thought it was a really unique video because it isn't something typical and you don't see it in other videos thats why this video stands out. It is captivating and interesting which is what drew me to it. I think it should be on the list of most influential videos.
